Tulip Systems encourages all Businesses to make the most use of this site to promote their business to Internet users.

However, Tulip Systems retains the right to refuse a listing or remove a listing if the content (any text, including descriptions, keywords, etc) of that listing if it:

1. Is not appropriate in terms of containing information or words that are of a sexual nature where we would not want a child seeing.
2. Contains information or words that state, imply or suggest:
   • Illegal Activities
   • Bias, bigotry, hatred or other unsocial or antisocial behavior
3. The above also include any images or other material submitted to Tulip Systems to be included with that Businesses' listing.

If any of the above issues cannot be resolved, that listing will be removed from the site and any monies that have been transacted will be returned to that Business.
